APPLICATION:
1. It is high precision calender machine. It’s suitable for fabric laminated to rubber (single side), such as making shoe back counters. It is also suitable for recycling non-cured rubber to produce different filler materials.
2. A full set of TS-810BWTC includes one set of TS-819B FOUR ROLLER one set of 20KW WATER TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER (3-IN AND 3-OUT). and one set of 12kw water TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER ( 2 IN AND A2 OUT ).
FEATURES:
1. This machine is direct-type calendar machine. Use smaller motor input to generate greater output force for energy saving.
2. Adopted bearing type roller seats to reduce machine wearing out.
