Color Foxing Extruder

APPLICATION:   

1. This system automatically extrudes rubber Foxing tape and toe cap for Converse, Vans, Nike, Adidas...vulcanized rubber casual shoes.
2. This system makes high quality Foxing tape (shoe welts), up to 4 colors.
3. It also makes smooth rubber sheet for toe cap and embossed sheet for Foxing tapes without air bubbles.
4. This system adopts Water Temperature Controllers to achieve consistent temperatures for mold, extruders, and embossing roller to stabilize productions.
5. CE compliance model is available.
