Direct Type Embossing Roller Machine (3 Rollers) With Water Type Mold Temperature Controller

APPLICATION:

1. This machine can be used to produce single color embossing rubber sheets.
2. This machine can be installed a cutting roller to make Foxing Strips.  Embossing design roller s and cutting roller should be used.
3. This machine can produce primary vulcanized outsole. Embossing design roller should be used.
4. This machine can manufacture rubber sheet with plain steel roller.
5. This 3 roll machine can be worked with 4 roller machine (TS-810) to make rubber-fabric-rubber, sandwich type Converse Foxing.

FEATURES:

1. TS809 and TS-809A are for mass production.  They can produce rubber sheets in high quantity efficiently.
2. TS-809A is adopted water type temperature controller to achieve precise temperature control and hence to increase product quality.
3. Upper & Lower rollers connect to one set of 12 KW mold temperature controller. Embossing roller connects to one set of 9 KW mold temperature controller.
