APPLICATION :   

This machine is suitable for crushing all kinds of plastic materials, such as PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PC, PU, acrylic, and plastic film.  It also crushes resin, nylon, herb, feed, tea leaves, and leather material.

This machine is specially equipped with water cooling system which is also suitable for crushing rubber and EVA materials.  At the discharge exit, it is installed with high gauss magnets to remove metal objects. It is an ideal crusher for reprocessing waste and recycling materials. 

 

FEATURES :  

1.The bearings are Japanese bearings.

2. The crushing chamber is completely ground and polished.

3. The wheels of machine base equipped with 6 sets of shock absorbing pads.

4. The machine is equipped with emergency brake.

5. The material of the bucket is SUS304
