APPLICATION :
This machine is suitable to apply 0.5mm or above thickness, such as shoes materials, suitcase, leather material, stationary, carton material, and sports equipment materials.
FEATURES :
1. The upper and lower roller seats can be raised up and down to be able to paste uneven surfaces, soft, and hard materials as well as materials with slopes.
2. The hot-melt-glue tank is treated with Teflon; thus it is easy for glue cleaning. The container which holds hot-melt-glue can be temperature-adjusted. The temperature has separated as front and back controllers. According to characteristics of hot-melt-glue to adjust temperature and to prevent hot melt carbonized.
3. This machine is equipped with exhaust fan to expel odor smell for operator’s health concern. This machine is able to increase productivity and quality.
4. It is equipped with inverter to adjust speeds.
