TS-818A Glue Injector

 

APPLICATION :   

This is suitable for injecting glue to gaps between shoe welts and uppers after outsoles and uppers bonded. It is to increase adhesion for good quality shoes.

 

FEATURES :  

1. It is to replace traditional way to use syringe needle. It improves uneven glue application.

2. The glue is stored inside of a pressured container; thus, glue does not become harden, which saves glue cost greatly.

3. There is an inner pail of 500c.c. capacity inside of this pressure container. It doesn’t need to be refilled up glue frequently..

4. No hardening agent should be added for glue injecting unit.

5. Ideally using 1~2 sets of Glue injector units / production line.
