APPLICATION:   

This is a cementing line for vulcanized shoes.  It can also be used for other objects transportation purpose.

1. Adopting low dazzle-light N.I.R lamps to heat the glue inside and outside evenly, cooperate with circular system, it can dry and activate the glue quickly and steadily, make the vamp and outsole attaching perfectly.

2. Adopt SCR simulative 4-20MA high-exactitude constant temp control systems; control the brightness of temp and infrared accurately.

3. Volume is small, perfect shape and low power.

4. This full set machine is used for plain baking paint finish.
