APPLICATION :   

This machine is suitable for pressing welts of all types of shoes. It is especially suitable for pressing foxing to achieve rubber- side forming for vulcanizing shoes.

1. This machine is using one-time-all direction press. It is suitable for pressing fore and back mudguards (foxings), and also simultaneously the internal and external side foxings to achieve better cementing.

2. This machine can replace a traditional cross pressing machine, and save working cycle time and increase productivity.

3. Even pressing pressure. Easy operation & easy mold changes.

4. This machine is with 2 seats and has large capacity.

5. This machine controls by time for cycle time automation. Coming with selector for either fore and back part directions, or all 4 directions.

6. By changing the pressing pad, this machine is suitable for processing various size and designs of footwear with foxing.
