Vulcanized Shoe Automation Equipment
We have been put our endeavors to develop automatic shoe-making process. Our compound mixing line, accord to footwear manufacturer’s needs, we are able to design PLC chemical dosing system to memorize 100 compound recipes. We also developed TS-911-5 Extruder with Roller Head to enable automatic master batch compound mixing line. From TS-910 Kneader to TS-801C3 Refrigerating type rubber cooling machine, only two operators are required, which reduce a lot of man power and skilled operators’ requirements.
